width: 441px; height: 241px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_hBvSTFd8tDk/SXlgCQhnOBI/AAAAAAAAA0Y/JjWDdRSg_S0/s400/hkscnews_090123.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5294368428862683154" border="0" /></a><br /><br /><br />【星島日報報導】<br />以藝術教育為賣點的九龍城區直資高中兆基創意書院，昨日與韓國青年另類文化工廠Haja中心簽署合作備忘錄，兩個機構將進行為期一年的合作計畫，合力推動兩地的創意教育，例如設立網站向青少年推廣藝術，以及舉辦師生交流計畫等。<br /><br />借鑑當地藝術社企<br /><br />兆基創意書院及Haja中心昨在韓國首爾青年事務部長朱容台的見證下，簽署合作備忘錄，包括合作研究兩地推廣藝術的方法、舉辦創意高峰會及師生交流計畫等<br /><br />兆基創意書院校監黃英琦表示，兩個機構同樣希望啟發青少年創意，期望合作能彼此借鑑經驗，「本港與韓國的青少年問題相當類似，兩地都有一群失意於考試制度的失學青年。當地為青年人提供不少發展出路，例如Haja中心發展的文化藝術社會企業，就非常值得本港學習」。<br /><br />Haja中心轄下的敲擊樂團Noridian就是其中一家文化藝術社企，樂團專程來港參與下周一的「新春國際匯演之夜」。他們昨於兆基創意書院進行預演，令該校學生大開眼界。<br /><br />培訓青年以興趣創業<br /><br />該樂團於○四年成立，初為Haja中心資助的藝術項目，該團會招募對音樂有熱誠的失學青年，訓練他們成為敲擊樂導師，向中小學師生、親子及長者教授課程，既有助增強他們的自信心，亦藉此解決青少年失業問題。<br /><br />樂團又會通過公開表演與開辦藝術課程增加收入，現時已擁有逾七十名員工，是當地少數錄得盈利的社企之一。<br /><br />他指，香港及韓國社企面對類似的問題，「在韓國逾兩百個社企當中，只有百分之五能夠轉虧為盈，可見社企要賺錢並不容易。」他建議，香港亦可成立文化藝術社企，讓港生通過自己的興趣創業。<br /><br /><span style="color: rgb(153, 153, 153);font-size:85%;" >The copyright of this content is owned by the relevant media organization / copyright owner.
